Here’s an illustrated tribute to electrical engineer Sir Charles Kuen Kao (高錕 Nov 4th, 1933 - Sep 23rd, 2018), for his 85th birthday. Sir Kao pioneered the telecommunication tech using fiber optics in the 60s, which, Internet and communication as we know it in 21st Century won’t exist without his marvelous contribution. (#15,410)

A tribute to Chinese illustrator Feng ZiKai (豐子愷 Nov 9, 1898 – Sep 15, 1975) for his 120th birthday, with a portrait of him having a kitten resting on top of his head.
Studying his style, I truly admired the simplicity and the inner peace from his art.
