Day 03-15-19 - 33 Avalokitesvara
This is an abstract art created for my mom's birthday, as she has been dedicate herself to create 33 paintings based on 33 forms of Avalokitesvara (Guanyin in Chinese or Kannon in Japanese), the Buddhist deity of compassion.
I took it as a challenge to create simple representative icons based on the description of each form of the deity, but of course there are a few of them I ended up just wrote down a Chinese character to represent the form. Nevertheless, it is a fun creative exercise.

Day is white, heart is pure.
